Apple TV+
I’ve worked directly with Kristina for four years at Apple TV+ in the awards marketing space and she has been a key element of our team’s growth from infancy through hundreds of nominations, a Best Picture Oscar, and into the new era of success we’re facing now.
Kristina’s technical title on the team is ‘Art Director’, but she’s so much more than that. She’s our local expert who’s always more than willing to share her wealth of knowledge with the team. She’s our problem solver who can either fix whatever’s wrong or can find out how to. She’s our production wizard. Nobody can make a mechanical like she can. And she’s my second pair of eagle eyes, able and willing to take a look at anything that comes through with such a detail-oriented view that she’ll catch things everyone else missed.
I could go on and on about all of Kristina’s strengths that have made her such a valuable asset to our team (she’s got a great eye, she’s incredibly fast, she’s unintimidated by heavy workloads and fast deadlines, etc), but her best trait is her proactivity. In the early days of the team, we had hundreds of deliverables and very little structure. It was Kristina who saw the issues, identified them, and first implemented our project management system on Airtable which went on to become the foundation of our team’s workflow.
Her proactivity didn’t stop there. Without prompting, Kristina created mech templates for our major print outlets for the rest of the team to use. She’s known to go digging in 20GB+ files to create more specific and user-friendly versions so no one else has to. Kristina doesn’t wait around for someone to tell her what needs to be done. If she sees a project that needs doing, she’ll start doing it and in the rare event what she creates isn’t quite right, she’ll pivot any direction otherwise without complaint.
In my career, I have never worked with anyone I can so easily rely on as Kristina. She makes an invaluable addition to any team who has the pleasure of working with her. She has my full and whole-hearted recommendation.
